Elevate Pastors is a ministry within Fellowship Church that makes Elevate Curriculum and Products available to churches worldwide. Elevate currently has three resources available for church and families; Elevate Jr., Elevate Kids, and ElevateAtHome.com.
Elevate Kids is a comprehensive, easy-to-use curriculum designed for children in grades K-5 and will take your children on a fun journey of biblical learning.
Elevate Kids:
- has the flexibility to be performed live or watched on DVD.
- works in a variety of settings, including classrooms, children's worship or mid-week discipleship.
- utilizes fantastic animations, music and graphics to help you teach the lesson.
- teaches children how to apply Bible concepts and stories to their everyday lives.
- provides a filmed example of every element of each lesson.
- allows your children's church to be fresh and new every 8 weeks with each fun theme.
- provides easy DVD training for your volunteers.
Elevate Jr. is a comprehensive, easy-to-use curriculum designed for children who are ages 3-5 years old. Elevate Jr. will grab your children’s attention and take them on a fun journey of biblical learning.
Elevate Jr:
- has the flexibility to be presented in one of two formats: the Classroom Format or the Large Group Format.
- works in a variety of settings, including classrooms, children's worship or mid-week discipleship.
- utilizes fantastic animations, puppets, music and graphics to help you teach the lesson.
- teaches children how to apply Bible concepts and stories to their everyday lives.
- provides a filmed example of every Classroom Activity for easy training for your volunteers.
- allows your children's programming to be fresh and new every 8 weeks with each fun theme.
Elevate Family is an online resource designed to help your church reach families outside of the weekend services.
Elevate Family:
- has downloadable Bible stories with child study questions and family activities.
- has downloadable Bible stories with preschool coloring pages and family activities.
- has music and music videos for kids of all ages.

The Vision of Elevate Pastors
Our vision for Elevate Pastors is simple. We exist to Reach Up, Reach Out, and Reach In. These three are the biblical mandates of the local church.
- Reach Up
- We work hard to provide an exciting and God-honoring environment for worship. When we worship God, we express our love and devotion to Him. All of us are wired for worship, and the only way we can express true love to God and worship Him is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Reach Out
- Another key purpose of Elevate Pastors is to help you reach out to people who are outside the family of God. Every day, we rub shoulders with people who are just an invite away from a life-changing encounter with Christ. Invite your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to attend church so they will hear and understand what it means to be a follower of Christ.
- Reach In
- Elevate Pastors also exists to help you as a Christ-follower grow in your spiritual maturity. Because the Christian life is one of constant growth and development, we are focused on providing biblical principles that can be applied to everyday life.

Ed Young is the senior pastor of Fellowship Church. Pastor Young is also an author and conference speaker noted for his creative communication style. He has a passion for making the complex, simple as he speaks truth to people in ways they can understand and apply to their everyday lives. He has written 13 books, including The Marriage Mirror, Outrageous, Contagious Joy, Beauty Full, and Kid CEO.
Ed provides resources for church leaders through CreativePastors.com and the Creative Church Conferences (C3). Ed has been married to his wife, Lisa, for more than twenty-six years. They have four children and live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Lisa communicates God’s Word with warmth and grace, inspiring others to pursue a more intimate relationship with Him. Her passion is to see herself and others embrace the joys of walking with Christ in every day experiences.
Each month, Lisa hosts Flavour, a ministry designed specifically for women at Fellowship Church. Flavour was born out of Lisa’s desire to show women their true value and worth in God’s eyes and their potential to uniquely influence the world around them.
As a gifted writer, Lisa enjoyed co-authoring The Marriage Mirror and The Creative Marriage with Ed and contributed to his books, Beauty Full and Kid CEO. In addition, she has written a cookbook, Body for God, which offers simple, ‘down-home’ recipes that are healthy, filled with flavor and easy to prepare for any culinary ‘expert.’ Her most recent book, Flavour Your Day, is a devotional book that is a celebration of new and exciting opportunities for women to change the world.
Lisa has a degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys cooking, nutrition, fitness and spending time with Ed and their four children.
- Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson has been the Children’s Pastor of Fellowship Church since 1993. In that time, he has seen FCKids grow from 150 to over 4000 children over five campuses in Texas and Florida. Mike has a passion to reach children with the love of Christ and to teach them how to apply the principles of the Bible to their everyday lives. In addition to his responsibilities as a Children’s Pastor, Mike is the executive producer of all Elevate Products, which include; Elevate Kids, Elevate Jr. and Elevate Family.
Mike has a Masters degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary as well as a Masters degree in Christian Education with a Children’s emphasis. In his spare time, Mike enjoys sculpting, carpentry, movies and most of all, spending time with his wife Karry and their 2 daughters, Kaitlynn and Annie.
